Return Policy is committed to providing the best customer service in the yard decor industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy going as possible and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to meet your expectations at all times. 30-Day Return Policy

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
  • We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made.

The Following Cannot Be Returned

  • Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
  • Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened
  • Products that have been out of their original manufacturers' packaging
  • Products that are custom made-to-order (Cast-Stone Fountains for example)
  • The Outdoor Plus, Power House, or Bearon Aquatics products cannot be returned for any reason.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.

If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Airmax Return Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any fees, as noted below:

  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies after 30 days to any returns.
  • We do Not accept any items that have been in use or in the water.
  • If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

Damaged Items:
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.

Aquascape Return Policy

All returned products, including warranty pumps, must be returned postage prepaid. To return an item, email our Customer Care department at to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before shipping the product back.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived “complete and without damage.” You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed “complete and without damage.” Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily. Damage on small parcel shipments must be reported within 24 hours of shipment delivery. LTL (Less than Truck Load) shipment damages or shortages must be reported within 1 business day.

Non-Warranty Returns
If within 30 days after your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in re-sellable
condition. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee applies to all items in re-sellable condition. Any product held over 90 days is nonrefundable.

Warranty Returns
All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Aquascape Returns Department. Credit will only be issued for items that
are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and shipping back will be at your cost. Your proof of purchase may also be required to validate the warranty. Replaceable or wearable parts (such as filter media, light bulbs, o-rings, etc.) are not covered under the
warranty policies. Refer to the warranty statement in the installation/user guide included with the product.

Bearon Aquatics Return Policy

Bearon Aquatics products cannot be returned for any reason, no exceptions. All sales are final.

EasyPro Return Policy

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any product to EasyPro.

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Product must have been purchased within 30 days from
  • Must be in its original packaging, and must be in sellable condition.
  • Special orders, cut liner, are not returnable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • The customer will be responsible for the return freight and all returns must be sent prepaid freight.

Return requests for products originally shipped in error:
Contact us within 72 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Fire Pit Art Return Policy

Should you decide to return any Fire Pit Art product, you are responsible for original freight cost to you and the return shipping costs.

You have 30 days to return your order after delivery if the reason is buyers remorse. All items returned must be in brand new, resellable condition. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Gas components are not eligible for buyers remorse refund if they have been installed or used.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Kasco Return Policy

Kasco will accept new, unused products within 15 days of your item being delivered. Please contact us at for return instructions. Please Do Not return anything without contacting us first and getting the proper return instructions, failure to comply can result in delayed refunds and added fees.

  • Please ship the item back with the original packaging, including any literature, enclosed within a separate box to minimize package damage.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit given.
  • All products other than pumps returned as new but have been in service will be considered used and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Freight costs and arrangements are the responsibility of you, the customer.
  • Original freight costs are non-refundable.
  • Opened consumables (water treatments, fish food, UV bulbs, etc), excess bulk items (liner, underlay, tubing, filter media, etc), and special-order items may not be returned.
  • Defective products are subject to inspection. Customers will be charged for replacement pumps if the original pump is not warrantable, such as power cords that have been altered or other damages.
  • If the item is defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement at no charge.  If the item is not defective it will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • All products that are under warranty from original purchase date only and do not renew with replacements.
  • All Kasco items must be registered under warranty.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items on a shipment:
You must notify us at within 3 business days of the date of receipt of your item if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Due to the nature of some of the products, issues brought to our attention after this time frame will not be honored.

Ohio Flame Return Policy

Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only. If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately. If the product is found to be defective, either a replacement or refund may be issued. Any refund issued will be applied to the method of payment that was used at the time of order.

If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper. Our Return Policy excludes “buyer’s remorse” and degradation/deterioration of powder coat finish after use of the product.

Patina Products Return Policy

All Merchandise sold by Patina Products is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If for any reason there is not complete performance satisfaction with the products ordered, return the merchandise to Patina Products within 60 days for replacement or credit for the quantity returned.

Any Patina Product that is returned, you the customer are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, and any return shipping cost. Shipping must be prepaid for any returned items.

Power House Return Policy

Power House products cannot be returned for any reason, no exceptions. All sales are final.

Scott Aerator Return Policy

All standard Scott Aerator products are returnable for complete refunds (minus original shipping costs to you) if returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase, freight prepaid, in the same condition (brand new, resellable) as received and with original packaging.

Under no circumstances will used products be accepted or refunded. We make every effort to complete the refund within one week from receipt of the return.

  • Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
  • We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
  • Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.



You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

All unshipped orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee.

If your order has been shipped, a standard return procedure applies.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.



In the event of damage to your product in shipping, please contact to arrange for replacement and pick-up of the damaged fireplace. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.



Most of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty information can be found on our Warranty page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product at no additional cost.



It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.

In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.

If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.

If we received the item used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.

Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.
