Airmax®, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (the end user) of any Airmax® Aeration System or Airmax EcoSeries Fountain manufactured by Airmax®, Inc. that any component which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, as determined by the factory within the timeframe specified below from the shipping date, will be repaired or replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part, and returned freight prepaid. The end user shall assume all the responsibility and expense for removal, packaging, and freight to ship to Airmax®, Inc. to determine the warranty claim and for all reinstallation expenses.

The warranty is void in cases where damage results from: improper installation, improper electrical connection, improper voltage, alteration, lightning, careless handling, misuse, abuse, disassembly of motor or failure to follow maintenance or operating instructions. Modification or repair by an unauthorized repair
facility will void the warranty. Compressor seals, diaphragms , air filters and diffuser membranes are considered wear parts and are not covered under warranty. In no case will Airmax®, Inc. or its distributors accept responsibility for any costs incurred by the user during installation, removal, inspection, evaluation, repair, parts replacement, or for return freight. Nor will any liability be accepted for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, for consequential damage, or for
personal injuries to the purchaser or any person.
In the event of problems believed to be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to notify the distributor who will try to help resolve the problem and who may contact the factory for additional assistance. If it is concluded that there may be a defect which may be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to get
a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the distributor before shipment. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted by the factory on warranties or repairs. The product or part(s) must be returned freight prepaid, to the factory, as directed, and in its original packaging or in a container which will prevent damage. Parts returned under warranty and damaged during shipping will not be covered under warranty for the shipping damage. If the factory evaluation of the returned goods concludes that the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship, the part or parts in question will be replaced under warranty with new parts, remanufactured parts, or will be repaired; at the factory’s option. The warranty period for all parts supplied under warranty will terminate at the end of the original product’s warranty. All warranty shipments from the factory will be shipped freight prepaid. Warranty registration is HIGHLY recommended.
No implied warranties of any kind are made by Airmax®, Inc. for its products, and no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. Should an Airmax®, Inc. product prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, the retail purchaser’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement of the product
as expressly provided above.

The parts above are guaranteed for years listed from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance or care. Warranty is valid against defects due to material and the company’s workmanship only. The sole obligation shall be to replace the defective unit with a suitable replacement unit.
Units should be checked for proper operation prior to returning as defective. Aquascape Inc. or its affiliates are not liable for loss or damage of any nature or kind, whether arising out of or from the use of the product, defective or not defective.

Aqua Fountain Warranty:
This product has a limited warranty against any mechanical or material defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Compressors in DDK50/DDK100E kits have a two-year limited warranty (see owners manual for complete warranty information).
Quick sink tubing and bubble tubing have a five-year limited warranty.
Other items included in this kit that are not listed above are considered wearable items and are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty only covers properly installed and maintained units. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident. Similarly, any modification made by the purchaser to the product will cause the warranty to be null and void. All returned items will be inspected to determine the cause of failure before the warranty is approved.
Warranty does not cover any cost associated with the installation or removal of the product subject to the warranty claim. An RA number must be obtained by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges. Be sure to include the RA number, original receipt (in the form of an invoice or sales receipt), name, return address and phone number inside of the package. No warranty claims will be honored without the original receipt.
Ensure the product is properly packaged and insured for the replacement value. Damage due to improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any damages caused by defective components or materials of this product; or for loss incurred because of the interruption of service; or any consequential/incidental damages and expenses arising from the production, sale, use or misuse of this product. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any loss of fish, plants or any other livestock as a result of any failure or defect of this product.
FIRE PIT ART
All fire pit components excluding gas components are warranted for a period of 10 years after the date of purchase by the original owner. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.
Kasco Marine, Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship (except for ropes, power cords, and propellers) under normal use and service. This limited warranty obligates Kasco Marine, Inc. to replace or repair any defective part within the warranty period at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges to Kasco Marine or an Authorized Repair Center are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, and any other obligation or liability whatsoever on the part of Kasco Marine and in no event shall Kasco Marine be liable for any special or consequential damages.

Warranty is Void:
- If the product is not maintained properly according to the Maintenance Recommendations supplied in the owners manuals
- If the product is returned for repair without the power cord
- If the unit, control box, or power cord are altered in anyway form the original shipment; cuts in the power cord and field splices are not covered under the warranty
- If product is used without supplied GFI control box
- If product is damaged by unauthorized tampering
- If sacrificial zinc anode around propeller shaft shows significant deterioration
Warranty Clarifications Relative to Cords:
- If cord plug was cut to hardwire unit it is covered by warranty
- If cord was cut to hardwire but water entered cord from cut end due to insufficient sealing then it is not covered by warranty
- If the cord was spliced the unit remains under warranty but not the cord; if cord leaks water to motor causing damage then that damage is not covered by warranty. NOTE: UL designation is lost if cord is spliced
Units under warranty may be sent to any Kasco authorized repair center for evaluation and repair. All units must include the Repair Contact Form.

Note: Only complete motor assemblies will be accepted for warranty repair. The power cord and all other components must be returned with the motor as originally assembled. Any missing parts will be replaced at the customer’s expense and, if determined to have caused the failure, could void the entire warranty. Some parts are essential for structural support during shipping and others, such as the power cord, are essential to properly diagnose potential causes of failure. It is not necessary to return the float or control box with the motor assembly.
Please include a shipping address (physical address) for return delivery of the repaired unit and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail address for correspondence regarding the warranty claim.
Kasco Marine will return units repaired under warranty at our expense via ground freight within the continental United States. Any expedited shipping method for the return of the unit is at the customer’s expense.
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our steel fire bowls. Because we use heavy gauge American steel, we guarantee that the steel on your fire bowl will not rust through in your lifetime. Steel gauge thickness varies by size and model, but range from 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick. Natural steel finishes will develop a natural iron oxide patina over time. This patina will darken slightly over time. The patina process only occurs at the surface level, so your Ohio Flame fire bowl will not rust through, warp or rot out over time.
Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Patina Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of five years (two-year full warranty and three years pro rata) that the fire box of the fire pit will not rust or burn through. If the fire pit should experience burn or rust through of the fire box during the first two years of ownership, Patina Products will replace the fire pit free of charge. During years three through 5 of ownership, a replacement fire pit may be obtained at a discount calculated on a pro rata basis. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
Please note accessories do not carry a warranty. Also not covered by this warranty is the guarantee that letters and detailed artwork cut into the sides of the fire pit will stay affixed to the fire pit. Logos and letters cut into the sides of our fire pit are cust in fine detail, with tolerances up to 1/32". Therefore thin pieces of hanging metal may over the course of time fall out.This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of the fire pit. However, damage due to product abuse and product misuse are excluded from this warranty.
All standard Scott Aerator Company products are warranted to the original owner for five years against motor defects in materials or workmanship, no questions asked. All other product components are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Scott Aerator Company will replace failed parts under warranty when the defective unit is returned to the factory, shipping prepaid, if factory inspection establishes that the part was defective. The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts.
All parts replaced under this warranty if requested will be returned with shipping prepaid. Scott Aerator Company will not be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
