Airmax® ETL Composite Cabinet
The attractive composite cabinet houses and protects the SilentAir™ Compressor from outdoor elements. An integrated cooling system utilizes a ventilation fan with rain shroud and high-density air intake pre-filter to distribute air evenly throughout the cabinet keeping the interior components clean, cool and dry. An elevated base protects the aeration hardware and electrical components from flooding and rainwater accumulation while the removable top ensures quick and easy access for inspection and maintenance. Every Airmax® Composite Cabinet in the PondSeries™ comes complete with a pre-wired electrical box and 6 foot power cord to provide power to the enclosed cooling fan and aeration compressor. The Airmax™ Composite Cabinet comes with a lifetime warranty on the cabinet, a 2-year warranty on electrical components, and is ETL listed.

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Handling times are posted on each product page for your reference. Delivery times vary between 3-10 business days if your product is in stock and ready to be shipped.

Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
- If your order is in stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within the time frame specified on the product page.
- We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
- Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.
- If you don't receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order confirmation, feel free to follow up with us at support@yardfocus.com
Damages:
- Shipping damage rarely happens, but if you see damage to your product you must report it right away, within 24 hours of receiving your item. You can report any damage to us through email at support@yardfocus.com, we will always request pictures and order number so it would be helpful and make the claim process faster if these were included in the initial email.
- Larger items shipped LTL should be opened in front of the driver and must be inspected before the driver leaves. Note any damages on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.

YardFocus.com 30-Day Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
- There is a 15% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made.
The Following Cannot Be Returned
- Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened
- Products that have been out of their original manufacturers' packaging
- Products that are custom made-to-order (Cast-Stone Fountains for example)
It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Airmax Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any fees, as noted below:
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.
- A 20% restocking fee applies after 30 days to any returns.
- We do Not accept any items that have been in use or in the water.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact YardFocus.com to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Damaged Items:
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.
Aquascape Return Policy
All returned products, including warranty pumps, must be returned postage prepaid. To return an item, email our Customer Care department at support@yardfocus.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before shipping the product back.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived “complete and without damage.” You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed “complete and without damage.” Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily. Damage on small parcel shipments must be reported within 24 hours of shipment delivery. LTL (Less than Truck Load) shipment damages or shortages must be reported within 1 business day.
Non-Warranty Returns
If within 30 days after your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in re-sellable
condition. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee applies to all items in re-sellable condition. Any product held over 90 days is nonrefundable.
Warranty Returns
All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Aquascape Returns Department. Credit will only be issued for items that
are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and shipping back will be at your cost. Your proof of purchase may also be required to validate the warranty. Replaceable or wearable parts (such as filter media, light bulbs, o-rings, etc.) are not covered under the
warranty policies. Refer to the warranty statement in the installation/user guide included with the product.
EasyPro Return Policy
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any product to EasyPro.
- Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Product must have been purchased within 30 days from YardFocus.com.
- Must be in its original packaging, and must be in sellable condition.
- Special orders, cut liner, are not returnable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- The customer will be responsible for the return freight and all returns must be sent prepaid freight.
Return requests for products originally shipped in error:
Contact us within 72 hours to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Fire Pit Art Return Policy
Should you decide to return any Fire Pit Art product, you are responsible for original freight cost to you and the return shipping costs.
You have 30 days to return your order after delivery if the reason is buyers remorse. All items returned must be in brand new, resellable condition. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Gas components are not eligible for buyers remorse refund if they have been installed or used.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Kasco Return Policy
Kasco will accept new, unused products within 15 days of your item being delivered. Please contact us at support@yardfocus.com for return instructions. Please Do Not return anything without contacting us first and getting the proper return instructions, failure to comply can result in delayed refunds and added fees.
- Please ship the item back with the original packaging, including any literature, enclosed within a separate box to minimize package damage.
- All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit given.
- All products other than pumps returned as new but have been in service will be considered used and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Freight costs and arrangements are the responsibility of you, the customer.
- Original freight costs are non-refundable.
- Opened consumables (water treatments, fish food, UV bulbs, etc), excess bulk items (liner, underlay, tubing, filter media, etc), and special-order items may not be returned.
- Defective products are subject to inspection. Customers will be charged for replacement pumps if the original pump is not warrantable, such as power cords that have been altered or other damages.
- If the item is defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement at no charge. If the item is not defective it will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- All products that are under warranty from original purchase date only and do not renew with replacements.
- All Kasco items must be registered under warranty.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items on a shipment:
You must notify us at support@yardfocus.com within 3 business days of the date of receipt of your item if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Due to the nature of some of the products, issues brought to our attention after this time frame will not be honored.
Ohio Flame Return Policy
Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only. If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately. If the product is found to be defective, either a replacement or refund may be issued. Any refund issued will be applied to the method of payment that was used at the time of order.
If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper. Our Return Policy excludes “buyer’s remorse” and degradation/deterioration of powder coat finish after use of the product.
Patina Products Return Policy
All Merchandise sold by Patina Products is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If for any reason there is not complete performance satisfaction with the products ordered, return the merchandise to Patina Products within 60 days for replacement or credit for the quantity returned.
Any Patina Product that is returned, you the customer are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, and any return shipping cost. Shipping must be prepaid for any returned items.
Scott Aerator Return Policy
All standard Scott Aerator products are returnable for complete refunds (minus original shipping costs to you) if returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase, freight prepaid, in the same condition (brand new, resellable) as received and with original packaging.
Under no circumstances will used products be accepted or refunded. We make every effort to complete the refund within one week from receipt of the return.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- All return request must be submitted in writing and sent to support@yardfocus.com
- If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.
All unshipped orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee.
If your order has been shipped, a standard return procedure applies.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Most of our products come with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty information can be found on our Warranty page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product at no additional cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.
If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.
If we received the item used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.
Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.
Our aim is to consistently offer the best prices online and we work very hard to do so. If you see another website that has a lower price than us within 1 Year of the date of your purchase from us, please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original payment method. Simply email us the link to the exact product and brand from our website and also the link from our competitor's website so we can inspect the pricing and we will review your submission and apply a credit if it qualifies.
We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 1 Year of your purchase date we will refund that difference as well.

AIRMAX
Airmax®, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (the end user) of any Airmax® Aeration System or Airmax EcoSeries Fountain manufactured by Airmax®, Inc. that any component which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, as determined by the factory within the timeframe specified below from the shipping date, will be repaired or replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part, and returned freight prepaid. The end user shall assume all the responsibility and expense for removal, packaging, and freight to ship to Airmax®, Inc. to determine the warranty claim and for all reinstallation expenses.

The warranty is void in cases where damage results from: improper installation, improper electrical connection, improper voltage, alteration, lightning, careless handling, misuse, abuse, disassembly of motor or failure to follow maintenance or operating instructions. Modification or repair by an unauthorized repair
facility will void the warranty. Compressor seals, diaphragms , air filters and diffuser membranes are considered wear parts and are not covered under warranty. In no case will Airmax®, Inc. or its distributors accept responsibility for any costs incurred by the user during installation, removal, inspection, evaluation, repair, parts replacement, or for return freight. Nor will any liability be accepted for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, for consequential damage, or for
personal injuries to the purchaser or any person.
In the event of problems believed to be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to notify the distributor who will try to help resolve the problem and who may contact the factory for additional assistance. If it is concluded that there may be a defect which may be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to get
a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the distributor before shipment. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted by the factory on warranties or repairs. The product or part(s) must be returned freight prepaid, to the factory, as directed, and in its original packaging or in a container which will prevent damage. Parts returned under warranty and damaged during shipping will not be covered under warranty for the shipping damage. If the factory evaluation of the returned goods concludes that the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship, the part or parts in question will be replaced under warranty with new parts, remanufactured parts, or will be repaired; at the factory’s option. The warranty period for all parts supplied under warranty will terminate at the end of the original product’s warranty. All warranty shipments from the factory will be shipped freight prepaid. Warranty registration is HIGHLY recommended.
No implied warranties of any kind are made by Airmax®, Inc. for its products, and no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. Should an Airmax®, Inc. product prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, the retail purchaser’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement of the product
as expressly provided above.

The parts above are guaranteed for years listed from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligent handling, misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance or care. EASYPRO
Aqua Fountain Warranty:
This product has a limited warranty against any mechanical or material defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Warranty only covers properly installed and maintained units. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident.
Similarly, any modification made by the purchaser to the product will cause the warranty to be null and void. All returned items will be inspected to determine the cause of failure before the warranty is approved. Warranty does not cover any cost associated with the installation or removal of the product subject to the warranty claim. An RA number must be obtained by emailing us at support@yardfocus.com. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges. Be sure to include the RA number, original receipt (in the form of an invoice or sales receipt), name, return address and phone number inside of the package. No warranty claims will be honored without the original receipt.
Ensure the product is properly packaged and insured for the replacement value. Damage due to improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any damages caused by defective components or materials of this product; or for loss incurred because of the interruption of service; or any consequential/incidental damages and expenses arising from the production, sale, use or misuse of this product. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any loss of fish, plants or any other livestock as a result of any failure or defect of this product.
FIRE PIT ART
All fire pit components excluding gas components are warranted for a period of 10 years after the date of purchase by the original owner. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.
KASCO
Kasco Marine, Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship (except for ropes, power cords, and propellers) under normal use and service. This limited warranty obligates Kasco Marine, Inc. to replace or repair any defective part within the warranty period at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges to Kasco Marine or an Authorized Repair Center are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, and any other obligation or liability whatsoever on the part of Kasco Marine and in no event shall Kasco Marine be liable for any special or consequential damages.

Warranty is Void:
- If the product is not maintained properly according to the Maintenance Recommendations supplied in the owners manuals
- If the product is returned for repair without the power cord
- If the unit, control box, or power cord are altered in anyway form the original shipment; cuts in the power cord and field splices are not covered under the warranty
- If product is used without supplied GFI control box
- If product is damaged by unauthorized tampering
- If sacrificial zinc anode around propeller shaft shows significant deterioration
Warranty Clarifications Relative to Cords:
- If cord plug was cut to hardwire unit it is covered by warranty
- If cord was cut to hardwire but water entered cord from cut end due to insufficient sealing then it is not covered by warranty
- If the cord was spliced the unit remains under warranty but not the cord; if cord leaks water to motor causing damage then that damage is not covered by warranty. NOTE: UL designation is lost if cord is spliced

Note: Only complete motor assemblies will be accepted for warranty repair. The power cord and all other components must be returned with the motor as originally assembled. Any missing parts will be replaced at the customer’s expense and, if determined to have caused the failure, could void the entire warranty. Some parts are essential for structural support during shipping and others, such as the power cord, are essential to properly diagnose potential causes of failure. It is not necessary to return the float or control box with the motor assembly.
Please include a shipping address (physical address) for return delivery of the repaired unit and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail address for correspondence regarding the warranty claim.
Kasco Marine will return units repaired under warranty at our expense via ground freight within the continental United States. Any expedited shipping method for the return of the unit is at the customer’s expense.
OHIO FLAME
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our steel fire bowls. Because we use heavy gauge American steel, we guarantee that the steel on your fire bowl will not rust through in your lifetime. Steel gauge thickness varies by size and model, but range from 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick. Natural steel finishes will develop a natural iron oxide patina over time. This patina will darken slightly over time. The patina process only occurs at the surface level, so your Ohio Flame fire bowl will not rust through, warp or rot out over time.
Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
PATINA PRODUCTS
Patina Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of five years (two-year full warranty and three years pro rata) that the fire box of the fire pit will not rust or burn through. If the fire pit should experience burn or rust through of the fire box during the first two years of ownership, Patina Products will replace the fire pit free of charge. During years three through 5 of ownership, a replacement fire pit may be obtained at a discount calculated on a pro rata basis. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
Please note accessories do not carry a warranty. Also not covered by this warranty is the guarantee that letters and detailed artwork cut into the sides of the fire pit will stay affixed to the fire pit. Logos and letters cut into the sides of our fire pit are cust in fine detail, with tolerances up to 1/32". Therefore thin pieces of hanging metal may over the course of time fall out.This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of the fire pit. However, damage due to product abuse and product misuse are excluded from this warranty.
SCOTT AERATOR
All standard Scott Aerator Company products are warranted to the original owner for five years against motor defects in materials or workmanship, no questions asked. All other product components are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Scott Aerator Company will replace failed parts under warranty when the defective unit is returned to the factory, shipping prepaid, if factory inspection establishes that the part was defective. The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts.
All parts replaced under this warranty if requested will be returned with shipping prepaid. Scott Aerator Company will not be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
Airmax PondSeries PS10 Pond Aerator System
The Airmax® PondSeries™ PS10 Pond Aerator System is powerful enough to aerate ponds up to one acre. The single plate PS10 system is excellent for smaller or regularly shaped ponds. All PondSeries™ Systems are designed to aerate ponds up to 21′ deep.
Airmax® ETL Composite Cabinet

Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
- If your order is in stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the product ordered will ship within the time frame specified on the product page.
- We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out.
- We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states.
- Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost.
- We do not offer Cash On Delivery.
- A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
- Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment.
- A delay in delivery may also cause additional storage fees to accrue that will need paid prior to delivery.
- Note to international customers: You are responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may apply. (see details below)
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. It is the customers responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
- As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. Please contact your local customs office for information.
- To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We will deduct all additional fees resulting from refused international shipments from your refund.
- If we are charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incur any penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the charge to your credit card.
- If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will NOT issue you a refund since, obviously, local laws and regulations determine the fate of the package. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and any other fees plus penalties incurred.
- We ship via UPS and Fedex for most products, USPS for small parts and accessories, and freight for large products.

Damages:
- Shipping damage rarely happens, but if you see damage to your product you must report it right away, within 24 hours of receiving your item. You can report any damage to us through email at support@yardfocus.com, we will always request pictures and order number so it would be helpful and make the claim process faster if these were included in the initial email.
- Larger items shipped LTL should be opened in front of the driver and must be inspected before the driver leaves. Note any damages on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All orders canceled are subject to an administration fee equal to 15% of the total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and is processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
- If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Backorders:
- From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse and the website wasn't updated when you placed your order. In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
- The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
- If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel the order altogether.
- Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days.

YardFocus.com 30-Day Return Policy
Unused, uninstalled, and resalable merchandise in new condition and in the original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page or below*.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of delivery date.
- There is a 15% restocking fee.
- Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has been physically shipped or refusal at the time of delivery.
- We will refund the product price minus any applicable fees and charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used when original purchase was made.
The Following Cannot Be Returned
- Products which are eligible for parts under manufacturer warranty
- Products that have had their original manufacturer packaging opened
- Products that have been out of their original manufacturers' packaging
- Products that are custom made-to-order (Cast-Stone Fountains for example)
It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.

Airmax Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any fees, as noted below:
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller.
- A 20% restocking fee applies after 30 days to any returns.
- We do Not accept any items that have been in use or in the water.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact YardFocus.com to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Damaged Items:
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize Our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of a product.
Aquascape Return Policy
All returned products, including warranty pumps, must be returned postage prepaid. To return an item, email our Customer Care department at support@yardfocus.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#) before shipping the product back.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived “complete and without damage.” You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed “complete and without damage.” Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily. Damage on small parcel shipments must be reported within 24 hours of shipment delivery. LTL (Less than Truck Load) shipment damages or shortages must be reported within 1 business day.
Non-Warranty Returns
If within 30 days after your purchase you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in re-sellable
condition. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee applies to all items in re-sellable condition. Any product held over 90 days is nonrefundable.
Warranty Returns
All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Aquascape Returns Department. Credit will only be issued for items that
are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and shipping back will be at your cost. Your proof of purchase may also be required to validate the warranty. Replaceable or wearable parts (such as filter media, light bulbs, o-rings, etc.) are not covered under the
warranty policies. Refer to the warranty statement in the installation/user guide included with the product.
EasyPro Return Policy
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any product to EasyPro.
- Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Fire Pit Art Return Policy
Should you decide to return any Fire Pit Art product, you are responsible for original freight cost to you and the return shipping costs.
You have 30 days to return your order after delivery if the reason is buyers remorse. All items returned must be in brand new, resellable condition. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Gas components are not eligible for buyers remorse refund if they have been installed or used.
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Kasco Return Policy
Kasco will accept new, unused products within 15 days of your item being delivered. Please contact us at support@yardfocus.com for return instructions. Please Do Not return anything without contacting us first and getting the proper return instructions, failure to comply can result in delayed refunds and added fees.
- Please ship the item back with the original packaging, including any literature, enclosed within a separate box to minimize package damage.
- All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit given.
- All products other than pumps returned as new but have been in service will be considered used and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Freight costs and arrangements are the responsibility of you, the customer.
- Original freight costs are non-refundable.
- Opened consumables (water treatments, fish food, UV bulbs, etc), excess bulk items (liner, underlay, tubing, filter media, etc), and special-order items may not be returned.
- Defective products are subject to inspection. Customers will be charged for replacement pumps if the original pump is not warrantable, such as power cords that have been altered or other damages.
- If the item is defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement at no charge. If the item is not defective it will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- All products that are under warranty from original purchase date only and do not renew with replacements.
- All Kasco items must be registered under warranty.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items on a shipment:
You must notify us at support@yardfocus.com within 3 business days of the date of receipt of your item if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Due to the nature of some of the products, issues brought to our attention after this time frame will not be honored.
Ohio Flame Return Policy
Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only. If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately. If the product is found to be defective, either a replacement or refund may be issued. Any refund issued will be applied to the method of payment that was used at the time of order.
If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper. Our Return Policy excludes “buyer’s remorse” and degradation/deterioration of powder coat finish after use of the product.
Patina Products Return Policy
All Merchandise sold by Patina Products is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If for any reason there is not complete performance satisfaction with the products ordered, return the merchandise to Patina Products within 60 days for replacement or credit for the quantity returned.
Any Patina Product that is returned, you the customer are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, and any return shipping cost. Shipping must be prepaid for any returned items.
Scott Aerator Return Policy
All standard Scott Aerator products are returnable for complete refunds (minus original shipping costs to you) if returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase, freight prepaid, in the same condition (brand new, resellable) as received and with original packaging.
Under no circumstances will used products be accepted or refunded. We make every effort to complete the refund within one week from receipt of the return.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- All return request must be submitted in writing and sent to support@yardfocus.com
- If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions.
- Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
- We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
- Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
- Please provide us the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.
All unshipped orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $40 administration fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to the correct warehouse in new condition and in the original packaging. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you obtain a tracking number for the returning item(s) and purchase shipping insurance.
In the event that the product is received in a condition which we deem unacceptable, we reserve the right to deny your return. Upon receipt of the said item, we will either refuse it or contact you by email to notify you that the item was received damaged or used.
If we received the item damaged you may file a claim with your shipping company.
If we received the item used you may choose to have the item disposed of or have the item returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or used items will be retained in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 business days unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing prior to disposal. After 30 business days, the item will be disposed of or donated.
Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund. If you attempt to return an item without a return authorization (including refusing delivery), past 30 days or in unacceptable condition, the item will be refused or shipped back to you at your cost; if we choose to accept the return, additional fees will apply.

AIRMAX
Airmax®, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (the end user) of any Airmax® Aeration System or Airmax EcoSeries Fountain manufactured by Airmax®, Inc. that any component which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, as determined by the factory within the timeframe specified below from the shipping date, will be repaired or replaced at no charge with a new or remanufactured part, and returned freight prepaid. The end user shall assume all the responsibility and expense for removal, packaging, and freight to ship to Airmax®, Inc. to determine the warranty claim and for all reinstallation expenses.

The warranty is void in cases where damage results from: improper installation, improper electrical connection, improper voltage, alteration, lightning, careless handling, misuse, abuse, disassembly of motor or failure to follow maintenance or operating instructions. Modification or repair by an unauthorized repair
facility will void the warranty. Compressor seals, diaphragms , air filters and diffuser membranes are considered wear parts and are not covered under warranty. In no case will Airmax®, Inc. or its distributors accept responsibility for any costs incurred by the user during installation, removal, inspection, evaluation, repair, parts replacement, or for return freight. Nor will any liability be accepted for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, for consequential damage, or for
personal injuries to the purchaser or any person.
In the event of problems believed to be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to notify the distributor who will try to help resolve the problem and who may contact the factory for additional assistance. If it is concluded that there may be a defect which may be covered under warranty, it will be necessary to get
a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the distributor before shipment. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted by the factory on warranties or repairs. The product or part(s) must be returned freight prepaid, to the factory, as directed, and in its original packaging or in a container which will prevent damage. Parts returned under warranty and damaged during shipping will not be covered under warranty for the shipping damage. If the factory evaluation of the returned goods concludes that the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship, the part or parts in question will be replaced under warranty with new parts, remanufactured parts, or will be repaired; at the factory’s option. The warranty period for all parts supplied under warranty will terminate at the end of the original product’s warranty. All warranty shipments from the factory will be shipped freight prepaid. Warranty registration is HIGHLY recommended.
No implied warranties of any kind are made by Airmax®, Inc. for its products, and no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. Should an Airmax®, Inc. product prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, the retail purchaser’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement of the product
as expressly provided above.

EASYPRO
Aqua Fountain Warranty:
This product has a limited warranty against any mechanical or material defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Warranty only covers properly installed and maintained units. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any deterioration suffered through overloading, improper use, negligence or accident.
Similarly, any modification made by the purchaser to the product will cause the warranty to be null and void. All returned items will be inspected to determine the cause of failure before the warranty is approved. Warranty does not cover any cost associated with the installation or removal of the product subject to the warranty claim. An RA number must be obtained by emailing us at support@yardfocus.com. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges. Be sure to include the RA number, original receipt (in the form of an invoice or sales receipt), name, return address and phone number inside of the package. No warranty claims will be honored without the original receipt.
Ensure the product is properly packaged and insured for the replacement value. Damage due to improper packaging is the responsibility of the sender. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any damages caused by defective components or materials of this product; or for loss incurred because of the interruption of service; or any consequential/incidental damages and expenses arising from the production, sale, use or misuse of this product. The manufacturer or supplier shall not be held liable for any loss of fish, plants or any other livestock as a result of any failure or defect of this product.
FIRE PIT ART
All fire pit components excluding gas components are warranted for a period of 10 years after the date of purchase by the original owner. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.
KASCO
Kasco Marine, Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship (except for ropes, power cords, and propellers) under normal use and service. This limited warranty obligates Kasco Marine, Inc. to replace or repair any defective part within the warranty period at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges to Kasco Marine or an Authorized Repair Center are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, and any other obligation or liability whatsoever on the part of Kasco Marine and in no event shall Kasco Marine be liable for any special or consequential damages.

Warranty is Void:
- If the product is not maintained properly according to the Maintenance Recommendations supplied in the owners manuals
- If the product is returned for repair without the power cord
- If the unit, control box, or power cord are altered in anyway form the original shipment; cuts in the power cord and field splices are not covered under the warranty
- If product is used without supplied GFI control box
- If product is damaged by unauthorized tampering
- If sacrificial zinc anode around propeller shaft shows significant deterioration
Warranty Clarifications Relative to Cords:
- If cord plug was cut to hardwire unit it is covered by warranty
- If cord was cut to hardwire but water entered cord from cut end due to insufficient sealing then it is not covered by warranty
- If the cord was spliced the unit remains under warranty but not the cord; if cord leaks water to motor causing damage then that damage is not covered by warranty. NOTE: UL designation is lost if cord is spliced
Units under warranty may be sent to any Kasco authorized repair center for evaluation and repair. All units must include the Repair Contact Form.

Note: Only complete motor assemblies will be accepted for warranty repair. The power cord and all other components must be returned with the motor as originally assembled. Any missing parts will be replaced at the customer’s expense and, if determined to have caused the failure, could void the entire warranty. Some parts are essential for structural support during shipping and others, such as the power cord, are essential to properly diagnose potential causes of failure. It is not necessary to return the float or control box with the motor assembly.
Please include a shipping address (physical address) for return delivery of the repaired unit and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail address for correspondence regarding the warranty claim.
Kasco Marine will return units repaired under warranty at our expense via ground freight within the continental United States. Any expedited shipping method for the return of the unit is at the customer’s expense.
OHIO FLAME
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our steel fire bowls. Because we use heavy gauge American steel, we guarantee that the steel on your fire bowl will not rust through in your lifetime. Steel gauge thickness varies by size and model, but range from 3/16″ to 1/4″ thick. Natural steel finishes will develop a natural iron oxide patina over time. This patina will darken slightly over time. The patina process only occurs at the surface level, so your Ohio Flame fire bowl will not rust through, warp or rot out over time.
Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
PATINA PRODUCTS
Patina Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of five years (two-year full warranty and three years pro rata) that the fire box of the fire pit will not rust or burn through. If the fire pit should experience burn or rust through of the fire box during the first two years of ownership, Patina Products will replace the fire pit free of charge. During years three through 5 of ownership, a replacement fire pit may be obtained at a discount calculated on a pro rata basis. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
Please note accessories do not carry a warranty. Also not covered by this warranty is the guarantee that letters and detailed artwork cut into the sides of the fire pit will stay affixed to the fire pit. Logos and letters cut into the sides of our fire pit are cust in fine detail, with tolerances up to 1/32". Therefore thin pieces of hanging metal may over the course of time fall out.This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of the fire pit. However, damage due to product abuse and product misuse are excluded from this warranty.
SCOTT AERATOR
All standard Scott Aerator Company products are warranted to the original owner for five years against motor defects in materials or workmanship, no questions asked. All other product components are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Scott Aerator Company will replace failed parts under warranty when the defective unit is returned to the factory, shipping prepaid, if factory inspection establishes that the part was defective. The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts.
All parts replaced under this warranty if requested will be returned with shipping prepaid. Scott Aerator Company will not be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
We just got the Airmax PondSeries PS10 Pond Aerator up and running today. It looks good so far. It was easy to install, but my husband is pretty knowledgeable about most things. I purchased the primary unit only this time as a replacement to a 2015 Model PS10 that just recently went kaput (I did not need the diffuser, etc...). I am using the system on a slightly less than 1/4 acre pond with a max depth of about 15-17 feet. The system runs continuously all year long. Given that I am a true Airmax fan and satisfied customer, I would highly recommend the PS10 Aeration System (or for that matter, any of their other products).

I was very pleased with Yard focus for my order of the fountain pump and the lights. The lights were backordered but they did a great job of keeping up to date on the progress and shipment. Unfortunately i have torn my achilleas tendon and i am not able to hook them up yet but at this time see no reason i should have any trouble with the lights. The pump works great. I highly recommend Yard Focus for your pond needs.



The Ohio flame firepit we ordered is very nice looking and solid. It is really heavy, there is no chance it will blow away. We are really happy with the look, construction and it being made in the USA. It’s definitely worth the price and won’t need replaced like the cheap ones. We purchased the 30” and it is a nice size.
